They really did what I expected and more. Once they started the job, the crew finished it start to finish in 3 days. The turf is super soft.

Rob Orlando is a good guy. He listens, he understands, and he cares about doing the best possible job, including follow up service to all his clients, and he cares about his employees. His employees work with him, not for him. In early 2014, Rob and his team installed artificial grass (imperial fescue) in two places at my house. Both places had experienced flooding problems whenever it rained hard. I had installed drainage but flooding was still a bit problematic. Rob explained that the layers and layers under the artificial grass (Z-lite?) have little particles that actually absorb water and then slowly release it as everything dries. This has really helped to solve my flooding problem whenever it rains hard. Mostly, I wanted to go green and to stop watering the grass and paying to have the grass cut. I was so pleasantly surprised when I found out that artificial grass looks good! I had run all around town looking at samples of artificial grass and turf. Rob’s samples were the best ones of all. Still, I was worried it would look fake. But it looks so good. I chose a two-toned grass with two shades of green and differing heights for the tiny blades of grass. And the little bits at the bottom, which simulate dead leaves also had two tones of tan and yellowish-brown. So it looks pretty dang realistic. In 6 years, we’ve had many compliments on our artificial grass and handed them Rob’s phone number. Even when I called Rob 6 years after installation, he gave me good tips for keeping it looking good and he remembered details of my home that nobody else would remember. Rob treats his clients like old friends and remembers them individually. It’s impressive. Our next house (another project in the making) will probably need artificial grass at some point, and you know I’ll be calling Rob for that job as well. His son is now working with him, as well as his trusted buddy and partner, Eddie. It’s a great team they’ve put together. Kudos!

This was one of, if the not THE most reliable, communicative, fair, efficient and professional vendors I have ever worked with! This was a complicated job with building retaining walls, installing a significant amount of artificial turf, building a putting green and more. Rob communicated VERY clearly throughout and they finished early!! I will happily work with this vendor again and again.

I had them do two jobs for me and I couldn’t be happier with their work. Originally, I had them install some artificial grass in my backyard. It was just a small area but they treated it as if it were a million dollar job. Before they started the work, the owner, Rob, called me. He took his time and explained everything I needed to know about artificial grass and how the job was going to be done. I was very impressed by the products they were going to use, safe for kids and pets. On the day the work was to start, they were prompt, professional and very hard working. The grass was installed in one day and it looks great. We put a large playset on the grass and my kids call it ‘the park’ because the area looks so nice and inviting. They did such a good job installing the grass that I hired them to finish my backyard. Again, the work was done quickly and better than I expexted. I would recommend Natural Tech to anyone who is considering having artificial grass installed.

Just have to take a minute to give a big shout out to Natural Tech Artificial Turf for the stellar work they did with our front lawn grass conversion project! Rob, Eddie and crew were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They are kind, hard-working and pay attention to meticulous details. Rob worked with us to stay on budget, and they completed the whole project in two days! Yes, the company name has “artificial turf” in it, but as you can see, they do so much more than that! Five stars all around. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a landscape contractor! “Before” photos are included as well.

We hired Natural Tech to fix our turf for us. We had a different company come out and install almost 2000 sq feet of turf and had several issues with us. Rob came out and talked us through the whole process, and what needed to be fixed. Rob and his team were efficient, hard workers, and gave me peace of mind with such a stressful project after being screwed the first time. The turf looks beautiful now and we are extremely pleased. Highly recommend!

That company left us with nothing but frustration and useless scraps of mismatched turf. That’s when we called Rob. He and his crew worked their magic to turn our bad situation into a beautiful backyard! Rob gave us a very reasonable estimate, did exceptional work, arrived at our house exactly when they said they would, and got the job done in just a day! My husband and I couldn’t be happier!
